New Business Lobby Hours
Effective September 1, 2023, the Office of the Texas Secretary of State, Rudder Building, will open to the public Monday – Friday, at 9am until 4pm (Central). This update primarily affects walk-in customers for Apostilles/Authentications, Business Filings, and Notary Commissions.
