The Office of the Texas Secretary of State will be closed Wednesday, December 24 through Friday, December 26 in observance of the Christmas holidays. Normal business hours will resume on Monday, December 29. We will also be closed Thursday, January 1 in observance of New Year's Day. Normal business hours will resume on Friday, January 2. Electronic filing and business document searches are available through SOSDirect 24/7. Business filings may also be submitted using our SOSUpload service available 24/7.
