TFH Fitness, LLC, doing business as The Field House Gym, located at 4305 S 31st St., Temple, Texas 76502 (Registration Number 20250078), ceased operation effective 5/3/2026. The Office of the Texas Secretary of State (Office) has been notified of this closing. If you are a former member of The Field House Gym in Temple, Texas, who had time remaining on a prepaid membership contract, you may file a claim with the Office for the value of the balance of the contract. To perfect a claim, you must send the Office a copy of the membership contract, and proof of payment indicating the amount paid to The Field House Gym under the membership contract.
