Kai-Rho, LLC, doing business as Kai-Rho, LLC, located at 809 12th St., Suite A, Marble Falls, Texas 78654 (Registration Number 20260016), ceased operation effective 4/7/2026. The Office of the Texas Secretary of State (Office) has been notified of this closing. If you are a former member of Kai-Rho, LLC in Marble Falls, Texas, who had time remaining on a prepaid membership contract, you may file a claim with the Office for the value of the balance of the contract. To perfect a claim, you must send the Office a copy of the membership contract, and proof of payment indicating the amount paid to Kai-Rho, LLC under the membership contract.
