AUSTIN, TX – VoteTexas.gov is in this month’s government spotlight on Texas.gov, the state’s official website and online portal.

VoteTexas.gov is the official online source for voting information in Texas. It is powered by the Office of the Secretary of State.

“I am thrilled VoteTexas.gov is Texas.gov’s featured website this month,” said Texas Secretary of State Hope Andrade. “This partnership helps get the word out about VoteTexas.gov and all the resources we have to help voters make their mark on Texas and couldn’t come at a better time as Texans prepare for the fall election.”

Texans can visit VoteTexas.gov to see if they are registered to vote, download a voter registration application, and find answers to frequently asked questions about voting. They can also find updates about upcoming elections and even remind friends and family to vote.

The September government spotlight is timed to reach users in time to register for the upcoming November elections. The last day to register to vote for the November election is October 9.
