New UCC Forms effective July 1, 2013

Effective July 1, 2013, all UCC forms will change. New forms will not be accepted until July 1, 2013. A thirty (30) day grace period will be allowed through July 31, 2013 for accepting the current prescribed forms and new UCC forms. Beginning August 1, 2013, only new forms that were effective July 1, 2013 will be accepted and all other forms will be rejected.
