Chapter 201. Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention
House Bill 961, 72nd Legislature, transferred the administration of Children's Trust Fund from the Texas Department of Human Services to the new agency Children's Trust Fund. The Texas Register is administratively moving these rules from Title 40, Part I. Texas Department of Human Services to Title 40, Part VIII. Children's Trust Fund. The following table illustrates the rule numbers under Title 40, Part I and the new corresponding numbers under Title 40, Part VIII.
