Rule Review Plan--Revised
In accordance with the Texas Government Code, §2001.039, the State Board for Educator Certification submits the following revised plan for review of its rules. This revised rule review plan, filed on February 13, 2009, reflects changes to the plan filed on August 4, 2008.
