Rule Review Plan

The Texas Board of Architectural Examiners plans to conduct a review of its rules pursuant to §2001.039 of the Texas Government Code according to the following schedule:

October 2008

Publish Notice of Intent to Review in the Texas Register

Begin the review of the following chapters:
Chapter 1. Architects
Chapter 3. Landscape Architects
Chapter 5. Interior Designers
Chapter 7. Administration

December 2008

Submit rules for possible readoption at Regularly Scheduled Board Meeting and publish in the Texas Register.
