Rule Review Plan

In accordance with the Texas Government Code §2001.039, regarding Agency Review of Existing Rules and requiring the State Office of Risk Management (SORM) and other governmental bodies to review their rules every four years, SORM submits the following rule review plan.

May 2006 - August 2006:

Title 28, Part 4, Texas Administrative Code:

Chapter 251, State Employees--Workers' Compensation; and

Chapter 252, State Risk Management.
