Rule Review Plan

Pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, Texas Government Code, 2001.039, Agency Review of Existing Rules. Senate Bill 178 (SB 178), 1.11(b) and (c) of Acts 1999, 76th Legislature, the following rule review plan is submitted for the Commission on State Emergency Communications:

Chapter 251 concerning Regional Plans - Standards, will be reviewed every four years beginning in July 2003.

Chapter 252 concerning Administration, will be reviewed every four years beginning in February 2003.

Chapter 253 concerning Practice and Procedure, will be reviewed every four years beginning in January 2002.

Chapter 255 concerning Finance, will be reviewed every four years beginning in April 2003.
