Texas Workers' Compensation Commission Rule Review
TEXAS WORKERS' COMPENSATION COMMISSION
RULE REVIEW PLAN

In accordance with the General Appropriations Act, Article IX, Section 167, 75th Legislature, the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission (Commission) submits the following plan to review its rules which became final prior to September 1, 1997. These rules appear in Title 28 of the Texas Administrative Code.

Notice of Intention to Review a rule will be published in the Texas Register after the begin review date indicated. The notice will invite comments regarding whether the reason for adopting the rule continues to exist. Comments submitted which do not address this issue will not be responded to.
