In accordance with the General Appropriations Act, Article IX, Section 167, 75th Legislature, the State Preservation Board submits the following plan for review of agency rules.

September 1 through December 1, 1998, the agency will review Chapter 111 (§111.1-111.12)

January 1 through April 1, 1999, the agency will review Chapter 111 (§111.13-111.22)

May 1 through August 1, 1999, the agency will review Chapter 111 (§111.23-111.30)
