In addition certain rules relating to Medicaid rates, fees, and charges will be transferred to the Health and Human Services Commission pursuant to Government Code, Section 531.021. Those rules are found in Chapters 29, 30, 32-35, 40 and 56. Upon transfer, those rules will not be subject to review by TDH under Rider 167 and will be excluded from TDH's Plan to Review Rules.
