In accordance with the Appropriations Act, Section 167, the Structural Pest Control Board submits the following plan for review of their rules.

For review in September-December 1998, this agency will review Chapters 591-593.

For review in September-December 1999, this agency will review Chapter 595.

For review in September-December 2000, this agency will review Chapter 599.
