In accordance with House Bill Number 1, 75th Legislature, Regular Session, 1998-1999, Article IX, §167, the Texas Military Facilities Commission submits the following plan for review of its rules.

For review in June - August 1999, this office will review Chapter 375, §§375.1-375.3.

For review in September - November 1999, this office will review Chapter 375, §§375.4-375.6.

For review in December 1999 - February 2000, this office will review Chapter 375, §§375.7-375.11.

For review in March - May 2000, this office will review Chapter 377.
