In accordance with the Appropriations Act, House Bill No. 1, 75th Legislature, Regular Session, 1998-1999, Article IX, Section 167, the Texas Funeral Service Commission submits the following plan for review of its rules:

For review in Fiscal Year 1999 (September 1, 1998 - August 31, 1999) this office will review Chapter 201.

For review in Fiscal Year 2000 (September 1, 1999 - August 31, 2000) this office will review Chapter 203.
