In accordance with the Appropriations Act, Section 167, the Texas Credit Union Commission submits the following plan for review of its rules.

For review in July-August 1998, the Commission will review Chapter 97.

For review in January-February, 1999, the Commission will review Chapter 93.

For review in July-August 1999, the Commission will review Chapter 95.

For review in April-May 2000, the Commission will review Chapter 91.
