In accordance with the Appropriations Act, §167, the Coastal Coordination Council submits the following plan for review of the following rules during the Spring of 1998:

Chapter 501, Coastal Management Program;

Chapter 503, Coastal Management Program Boundary;

Chapter 504, Coastal Management Program;

Chapter 505, Council Procedures for State Consistency with Coastal Management Program Goals and Policies; and

Chapter 506, Council Procedures for Federal Consistency with Coastal Management Program Goals and Policies.
