The submission forms are only available through the Liaison Center. If you are not a liaison, you will not have access to the submission forms.

How do I submit an E-Submission Form?

• Go to the Liaison Center and click on "Texas Register Submission Forms"

• Click on the appropriate Submission Form

• Fill out the web form (an asterick (*) denotes a required field)

• Click on "Submit Form"
• After you submit the information, you will see the following message followed by a summary of the information you submitted

Thank You Your submission form has been sent to the Texas Register. You should receive your faxed acknowledgement of receipt from our office within one hour if you submitted the form during regular business hours. If you do not, please contact our office at (512) 463-5561.

How Do I submit a "Hard Copy" submission form?

• Click on "Microsoft Word Format" or "Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format"

• Click on the appropriate Submission Form

• Fill out the Submission Form and obtain the required signatures

• Fax the form to (512) 463-5569
