Title 7, Part 5

The Finance Commission of Texas (commission) files this notice of intention to review and consider for readoption, revision, or repeal, Texas Administrative Code, Title 7, Part 5, Chapter 89, concerning Property Tax Lenders. Chapter 89 contains Subchapter A, concerning General Provisions; Subchapter B, concerning Authorized Activities; Subchapter C, concerning Application Procedures; Subchapter D, concerning License; Subchapter E, concerning Disclosures; Subchapter F, concerning Costs and Fees; and Subchapter G, concerning Transfer of Tax Lien.

This rule review will be conducted pursuant to Texas Government Code, §2001.039. The commission will accept written comments received on or before 5:00 p.m. central time on the 31st day after the date this notice in the Texas Register as to whether the reasons for adopting these rules continue to exist.

The Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner, which administers these rules, believes that the reasons for adopting the rules contained in this chapter continue to exist. Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board

Title 31, Part 17

Pursuant to the notice of proposed rule review published in the March 31, 2017, issue of the Texas Register (42 TexReg 1802) the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board (State Board) has reviewed and considered for readoption, revision or repeal of 31 TAC Part 17, Chapter 518, Subchapter B, Employee Training Rules, §518.1 and §518.2 in accordance with Texas Government Code, §2001.039.

The State Board considered, among other things, whether the reasons for adoption of these rules continue to exist. No comments were received on the proposed rule review.

As a result of the review, the State Board determined that the rules are still necessary and readopts without change the sections since they govern the State Board's program for administering the employee training established by the Agriculture Code of Texas, Chapter 201. This completes the State Board's review of 31 TAC Chapter 518, Subchapter B, Employee Training Rules.

Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board

Pursuant to the notice of proposed rule review published in the March 31, 2017, issue of the Texas Register (42 TexReg 1802) the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board (State Board) has reviewed and considered for readoption, revision or repeal of 31 TAC Part 17, Chapter 520, Subchapter B, Requirements to Receive State Funds or Administer State Programs, §§520.11 - 520.13 in accordance with Texas Government Code, §2001.039.

The State Board considered, among other things, whether the reasons for adoption of these rules continue to exist. No comments were received on the proposed rule review.

As a result of the review, the State Board determined that the rules are still necessary and readopts without change the sections since they govern the State Board's program for coordinating with soil and water conservation districts to receive state funds and administer state programs established by the Agriculture Code of Texas, Chapter 201. This completes the State Board's review of 31 TAC Chapter 520, Subchapter B, Requirements to Receive State Funds or Administer State Programs.

The State Board considered, among other things, whether the reasons for adoption of these rules continue to exist. No comments were received on the proposed rule review.

As a result of the review, the State Board determined that the rules are still necessary and readopts with proposed changes the sections since they govern the State Board's program for administering the Agricultural and Silvicultural Water Quality Management Program established by the Agriculture Code of Texas, Chapter 201. The proposed changes (amendment) can be found in the Proposed Rules in this issue of the Texas Register. With the change being proposed, this completes the State Board's review of 31 TAC Chapter 523, Agricultural and Silvicultural Water Quality Management.

As a result of the review, the State Board determined that the rules are still necessary and readopts without change the sections since they govern the State Board's audit requirements for soil and water conservation districts established by the Agriculture Code of Texas, Chapter 201. This completes the State Board's review of 31 TAC Chapter 525, Subchapter A, Audit Requirements for Soil and Water Conservation Districts.

The State Board considered, among other things, whether the reasons for adoption of these rules continue to exist. No comments were received on the proposed rule review.

As a result of the review, the State Board determined that the rules are still necessary and readopts without change the sections since they govern the removal of a district director as necessary and established by the Agriculture Code of Texas, Chapter 201. This completes the State Board's review of 31 TAC Chapter 527, Removal of a District Director.
