The reviewed sections in these chapters are subsequently referred to collectively in this Notice of Adopted Review as "the sections."

The notice of proposed rule review was published in the December 9, 2016, issue of the Texas Register (41 TexReg 9475). As provided in this notice, the Department reviewed and considered the sections for readoption, revision or repeal.

The Department has determined that the reasons for adopting the sections continue to exist and the sections are readopted. The Department received no written comments regarding the review of the sections.

This notice concludes the Department's review of Title 4, Part 1, Chapters 1 - 10, 12 - 22, 24 - 26, and 29 - 30 of the Texas Administrative Code.

Texas Grain Producer Indemnity Board

Title 4, Part 6

The Texas Grain Producer Indemnity Board (Board) has completed and concluded its rule review of the following chapter of Title 4, Part 6 of the Texas Administrative Code, pursuant to Government Code §2001.039:

Chapter 90, Texas Grain Producer Indemnity Fund Program Rules.

The reviewed sections in this chapter are subsequently referred to collectively in this Notice of Adopted Review as "the sections."

The notice of proposed rule review was published in the December 9, 2016, issue of the Texas Register (41 TexReg 9746). As provided in this notice, the Board reviewed and considered the sections for readoption, revision, or repeal.

The Board received no written comments regarding the review of the sections. The Board has determined that the sections are necessary for the continued administration of the program and shall continue to exist; and, therefore, the sections are readopted.

This notice concludes the Board's review of Title 4, Part 6, Chapter 90, of the Texas Administrative Code.

Texas Grain Producer Indemnity Board

Title 28, Part 1

The Texas Department of Insurance, in accordance with Texas Government Code §2001.039, has completed its review of all sections of the following chapters of Title 28 TAC, Part 1: Chapter 3, Life, Accident, and Health Insurance and Annuities; Chapter 8, Hazardous Condition; Chapter 10, Workers' Compensation Health Care Networks; Chapter 12, Independent Review Organizations; Chapter 23, Prepaid Legal Service; Chapter 24, Discount Health Care Program Principles of Regulation; Chapter 29, Guaranty Acts; and Chapter 31, Liquidation.

The notice of proposed rule review was published in the November 4, 2016, issue of the Texas Register (41 TexReg 8832).

The department considered whether the reasons for initially adopting these rules continue to exist and whether these rules should be repealed, readopted, or readopted with amendments. The department has determined that the reasons for adopting the sections of Chapters 3, 8, 10, 12, 24, 29, and 31 continue to exist, and the sections are readopted in their present form. Any of the readopted sections may be subsequently proposed for revision under the Texas Administrative Procedure Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 2001, and the department's internal procedures.

As a result of the Chapter 23 review, the department will propose amendments to the chapter in a separate rulemaking under the Texas Administrative Procedure Act.

This concludes the department's review of the Texas Administrative Code, Title 28, Part 1, Chapters 3, 8, 10, 12, 23, 24, 29, and 31.
