Sample notary commissions issued by the Office of the Secretary of State

Notaries appointed by the secretary of state now have the option of receiving commissions by mail or by email. Below are examples of the three commissions that a notary with a current commission may have received from this Office, depending on when the commission was issued and in what manner the notary chose to receive the commission.
