Notice of Health Spa Closing
Strom Enterprise Inc. doing business as Anytime Fitness, located at 2100 FM 802 Suite 2070, Brownsville, Texas, will cease operation as of September 30, 2012. The Secretary of State has been notified of this closing. Members of Anytime Fitness in Brownsville with time remaining on a prepaid membership contract may file a claim with the Office of the Secretary of State for the value of the balance of the contract. To perfect a claim, you must send a copy of the membership contract and proof of payment indicating the amount paid to Anytime Fitness in Brownsville pursuant to the membership contract.
