5 Star Fitness Coppell LLC doing business as Fitness Together, located at 651 N Denton Tap Road, Suite 200, Coppell, Texas, will cease operation as of March 31, 2013. The Secretary of State has been notified of this closing. Members of Fitness Together in Coppell with time remaining on a prepaid membership contract may file a claim with the Office of the Secretary of State for the value of the balance of the contract. To perfect a claim, you must send a copy of the membership contract and proof of payment indicating the amount paid to Fitness Together in Coppell pursuant to the membership contract.
