Notice of Health Spa Closing
FFG-Bee Cave LLC doing business as Anytime Fitness, located at 6317 Bee Cave Road #260, Austin, Texas, will cease operation as of March 1, 2013. The Secretary of State has been notified of this closing. Members of Anytime Fitness in Austin with time remaining on a prepaid membership contract may file a claim with the Office of the Secretary of State for the value of the balance of the contract. To perfect a claim, you must send a copy of the membership contract and proof of payment indicating the amount paid to Anytime Fitness in Austin pursuant to the membership contract.
