Notice of Health Spa Closing
Sieber/Compton SNAP Fitness Franchise LLC doing business as Snap Fitness, located at 405 Plum Street, Suite B, Lampasas, Texas, will cease operation as of February 28, 2013. The Secretary of State has been notified of this closing. Members of Snap Fitness in Lampasas with time remaining on a prepaid membership contract may file a claim with the Office of the Secretary of State for the value of the balance of the contract. To perfect a claim, you must send a copy of the membership contract and proof of payment indicating the amount paid to Snap Fitness in Lampasas pursuant to the membership contract.
