This election season we will begin the transition away from mailing memoranda and advisories to you via the U.S. mail. Currently, we send most of our communications via email and then follow up with a hard copy. However, we are going to transition to electronic communication only for our statewide communications. We have valid email addresses for most of you, but if your email has changed or if you would like to include additional staff members in our mailing list, please let us know. This change will provide cost savings as well as ensure that you and your staff receive timely information. Of course, we will continue to post memos and advisories to our website under the ‘Conducting Your Elections’ page.
Please email Kim Thole with your email address and the email addresses of staff you would like to receive the statewide communications from this office. If this presents a problem for your office, let us know and we will be happy to work with you. Thanks for your cooperation.
